Create useful space that connects naturally with the home you already have.

A More Personal Way to Expand Your Home

I plan and build additions around your household's needs, property, and existing layout. Whether you need another bedroom, a larger living area, or a dedicated workspace, I focus on making the new space feel intentional rather than separate. The process considers access, structure, finishes, and the details that make daily use comfortable.

You receive a clear, collaborative experience from early planning through construction. I explain the work, coordinate the moving parts, and maintain attention to the connection between old and new. The result is an addition designed to support your routines while complementing the character of your home.

Ideal For

• Growing households needing more room

• Homeowners adding bedrooms or living space

• Families creating a home office or flex room

• Properties with room for thoughtful expansion

How It Works

1. Discuss Your Goals: We review how you want to use the new space and what your property can support.

2. Shape the Plan: I help define the layout, materials, scope, and construction considerations.

3. Build the Addition: I manage the construction with careful coordination and attention to the finished connection.
